Important Safety Information
Sildenafil and Tadalafil are prescription medications used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED).
Do not take these medications if you: Use nitrate drugs for chest pain or heart problems (including nitroglycerin, isosorbide), use riociguat (Adempas), or have been advised by your healthcare provider to avoid sexual activity due to heart problems.
Seek immediate medical attention if you experience: An erection lasting more than 4 hours, sudden vision loss in one or both eyes, sudden hearing decrease or loss (which may be accompanied by ringing in the ears or dizziness), or chest pain during sexual activity.
Before taking these medications, tell your healthcare provider about all your medical conditions and medications, especially if you have heart problems, high or low blood pressure, liver or kidney disease, blood cell disorders, bleeding disorders, stomach ulcers, or eye problems.
Common side effects may include headache, flushing, upset stomach, nasal congestion, back pain, and dizziness. This is not a complete list of side effects. Consult your healthcare provider for medical advice about side effects.
